About Me

I am a personable and professional psychotherapist with over sixteen years experience supporting people with their mental health and well-being in a variety of settings.  Initially I worked as an occupational therapist in a hospital, for people with acute, severe and enduring mental health problems.

Qualifying in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in 2009, I have since worked as a psychotherapist in both the NHS and private sector. organizations.  I continue to update my knowledge and skills and attend regular supervision to ensure I maintain  a professional standard of service which is tailored to fit you.  As a CBT therapist I am experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety (such as excessive and uncontrollable worry, panic, OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder), as well as depression and low self-esteem.   My approach is warm and

non-judgmental and I am also keen to encourage self compassion.  I feel privileged to be in a position where I can work alongside people to help them make a meaningful difference in their lives.

To see how I may be able to support you, or if you have any questions, please get in touch.
