Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Are you feeling anxious, down or have low self-esteem? With an estimated one in four people struggling with mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression you are not on your own. If you are looking for support I provide a professional, non-judgmental, collaborative and compassionate approach that can help you to start living a more fulfilling life. Having qualified as a CBT Therapist in 2009 I am experienced in treating common mental health problems such as those I have listed below. Therapy can be beneficial whether or not you have a diagnosed condition, for example if you would like to manage your thoughts, emotions or stress in a more positive way.
Asking for help can be daunting and I understand that feeling comfortable with your therapist is important. I therefore offer a free 15 minute initial telephone consultation to answer any questions you may have and determine if CBT is likely to be beneficial for you.
My working hours are:
Monday: 4pm-6:30pm
Tuesday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 9am-7:30pm
Thursday: 9am-7:30pm
Friday-Sunday: Closed.
Therapy is online and appointments are offered over zoom or telephone.
